Staff Manager
Sarah Zurmond graduated from Madison Area Technical College as a Certified Veterinary Technician in 2009 and began working at Country Hills Pet Hospital immediately after graduating. In December 2014, Sarah became a Certified Canine Rehabilitation Practitioner through the University of Tennessee. Sarah is one of seven CCRPs in Wisconsin, including Dr. Thompson! In 2015 Sarah took on the role of Staff Manager. In November of 2023 Sarah passed the exam to be a Certified Veterinary Practice Manager (CVPM).
When not caring for pets, Sarah cherishes moments with her husband Travis and their daughters, Penelope and Olivia. The family extends to their energetic German Shorthaired Pointers, Ivan and Navi, and feline friends, Nugent (Ted) and Ozzy.
Sarah and her canines share a love for outdoor activities like hiking and dock diving. In quieter times, she finds comfort in gardening and a good book. Family time by the lake adds the perfect touch to her life outside the clinic.
