Country Hills Pet Hospital's Dog Park Community is open to clients and their pets.
Our goal is to ensure a fun but safe environment for all pets. We require dogs to be up to date on Rabies, DHLPP, and Bordetella vaccinations. Dogs must also have a stool sample checked annually with negative fecal results before entering.
If you have not yet completed the Dog Park Community Release Form, please complete it online, stop in the clinic during normal business hours, or download our online waiver to sign before using the dog park. You are able to put your signed waiver into the drop box during non-business hours.
